About

As an author struggling to promote my own work, I’ve come across many “promotion” blogs where you find cookie cutter posts with information available on Goodreads or Amazon. You get a blurb, the book cover, and links to buy. But who is really looking at these posts? I’m subscribed to many book blogs and what do I do when the emails roll in every morning? I hit DELETE, because who has time to read a bunch of unhelpful information? Certainly not me, and certainly not the readers who are looking to fall in love with their next book.

Blog tours are great. Bloggers are great. But it’s time for a blog where readers and writers are given equal time and care. Because it isn’t all about the reader and it isn’t all about the writer. It’s about matching the reader with the writer’s material, and making fireworks of perfect harmony.

Here you will not find any cookie cutter posts, only reviews, interviews, and excerpts with substance, all intended to match reader with writer and create longstanding relationships with books.

So come on in, kick off your shoes and stay a while. Your next adventure awaits.

    • Hi Michel-

We all start somewhere and being unpublished is nothing to be ashamed of. I’d be happy to have a guest post from you. Please fill out the form on my policies page and I’ll be in touch.
